Ms. Hardy is a shareholder with Weber & Rose, P.S.C., concentrating in complex commercial transactions, focusing on asset based lending and commercial real estate. Ms. Hardy represents institutional lenders and borrowers in structuring, documenting, closing, restructuring and workout transactions.

Ms. Hardy graduated from the University of Louisville and the Brandeis School of Law. During undergraduate and law school, Ms. Hardy examined title to real estate throughout Kentucky and southern Indiana, providing a foundation for her work as a title insurance agent for national underwriters on commercial projects.

Ms. Hardy lives with her husband Ewing and Lilly, their Jack Russell terrier. Her interests include the never-ending renovation of their home in the historic Cherokee Triangle. She is an avid in-line skater and runner.
