Ms. Boggs is an associate with Weber & Rose
practicing primarily in the area of civil litigation. She frequently works on matters involving
health insurance, employment law including employment
discrimination litigation, commercial law, bankruptcy matters and other
business-related litigation, as well as family law.
Ms. Boggs has served as an Associate Member of the Louis D.
Brandeis Inn of Court and is a member of the Young Lawyers
Section of the Louisville Bar Association. Ms. Bogs is also an adjunct professor at the Chase School at Northern Kentucky University.
Ms. Boggs graduated summa cum laude from Western
Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan, where she
received her Bachelor of Arts and was a member of Phi
Beta Kappa. She received her law degree from the Washington
University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri, where
she served as the Managing Editor of the Global Studies
Law Review. She is licensed to practice law in Missouri,
Illinois and Kentucky, as well as the U.S. District
Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky and the
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
In her spare time, Ms. Boggs enjoys digital photography,
travel, music, volunteering and equestrian activities.
